• What’s involved:
To provide a courteous and helpful reception service for visitors at the front desk of a Customer Service Centre.
To manage the appointments/visitors log, reception facility and record customer contact on Customer Relationship Management system.
To provide administrative support to the Customer Services Team.

- minimum of 2 years reception and ancillary office administration experience
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Division: Customer Services
• Anticipated Length of Assignment: 3-6 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
