Job Description
The Role:
A major banking group are seeking Senior PMO Support professionals to join in the development and implementation of a new programme divesting certain retail and commercial businesses within the group. Key responsibilities include supporting the PMO Lead and Programme Director in governance and control/assurance, ensuring the programme workstreams are in line and supporting the preparation and development of key documents for the programme board. Strong banking PMO experience is essential.

The Candidate:
Applicants will be proven PMO professionals with experience in large-scale transformational change management within the banking sector; having played an active role in supporting mobilisation and the day-to-day management of core PMO responsibilities.
Strong budget management, programme planning, reporting and RAID skills are required, as well as the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
