As part of a Sales and Reservations team of six you will have a high degree of flexibility in your daily routine coupled with the inherent skill to self motivate.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Be able to sell bedrooms and conference and banqueting, you will negotiate rates and agree contracts.
- Be able to negotiate with the FIT market and agree contracts.
- Be able to work within the many web sites we cooperate with and manage rates.
- Be able to work within our own web site and manage rates and availability.
- Attend industry shows where our representation is desired.
- Spend two days a week at least, visiting agents and clients, existing and new.
- Completely IT literate as you will be your own secretary for correspondence.
- Good communicator at all levels, both verbally and written
Duty management experience is desirable

You must be able to show a positive track record of hotel sales in London.
This position would suit someone who is aching to work under their own initiative.
Reporting directly to the GM this is a position that would suit a self starter who would be happy working alone (but within a team) making decisions of a sales nature daily.
