Business Improvement Manager

- Significant track record initiating and implementing Lean projects
- Experience in a lead position, mentoring and coaching
- Experience dealing at a high organisational level
- Resilience, thick skin and the ability to work successfully a demanding environment
- Stakeholder Management skills at Director level
- Educated to Bachelors level at a reputable University
