A Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent is sought to join this company in Stanmore, Middlesex.

Our client is an award-winning Estate Agency and one of the largest independent organisations in the UK. Due to growth over the last year, and further expansion across London and the Home Counties planned to continue throughout 2010 and beyond, they are now looking for a target driven, experienced Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent to help with their continued success.

LOCATION: Stanmore, Middlesex
SALARY: Basic £13K - £16K; Car Allowance £3K - £4K; OTE £40K - £50K (UNCAPPED COMMISSION)

The ideal Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent will possess:
• Proven experience in residential sales, as an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator
• A sales focused mentality with the drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding time management skills
• A full driving licence

To succeed in this role as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent you will be expected to:
• Maximise the conversions from the initial enquiries, right through to the agreed sale
• Make sure other company revenue streams are maximised
• Undertake regular canvassing and contribute to canvassing plan

The successful Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent can expect an excellent working environment which offers a unique blend of both traditional and cutting edge Estate Agency, quarterly and annual sales events and trips (this year, top performers enjoyed a fantastic ski trip), uncapped commission and the opportunity to progress to Assistant Manager in the future.
