Job Description

Mortgage / Financial Services Consultants are sought to join this Estate Agency in Horley, Surrey and Horsham, West Sussex.

LOCATION: Horley, Surrey and Horsham, West Sussex SALARY: £18 – £20K + commission (OTE £35K) + car allowance after qualifying period TRAINEE POSITIONS: Available with a starting salary of £15K during training period, reverting to £17 – £18K thereafter TERMS: Full-time, immediate start available

As a Mortgage / Financial Services Consultant you will advise and recommend appropriate mortgage and financial products to clients looking to move home or remortgage.

Located in retail Estate Agency branches, the Mortgage / Financial Services Consultant will develop a close working relationship with colleagues to maximise the quantity and quality of referrals.

The Mortgage / Financial Services Consultant will also self-generate additional opportunities from an existing client bank and seek referral business having offered the highest service levels available to clients in the High Street.

Candidates for this Mortgage / Financial Services Consultants role should ideally possess:

• CeMAP qualification (training provided if not)

• Some relevant consultant/sales experience ideally in a financial, banking or related industry role

• Full driving licence

You will be working as a Mortgage / Financial Services Consultant for a National Estate Agency Group with over 500 branches nationwide, and one that has just won an outstanding Financial Services Award at The Estate Agency of The Year Awards.
