Our client has an urgent requirement for a HRIS Administrator to join their expanding and successful team based in Staines on a year long contract.

This position will play a pivotal role on the EMEA Team by supporting and designing the processes and systems used to facilitate Employee Success Objectives. The role works closely with other departments including Payroll, Recruitment and IT in order to process employee changes and strive to improve the processes involved to maintain employee related information.

Duties and responsibilities include
** Data entry of all EMEA Employee transactions , i.e change of department, role, pay, bonus structure, stock option grants and leavers
** Communicating with Business Partners and Managers to ensure approval has be obtained for the employee transactions and are recorded on the HRIS system accordingly
** Be responsible for carrying out Audits of HRIS entries, reconciling data with original documentation, to ensure accuracy and consistency including headcount reconciliation and Employee personal Information
** Design and produce reports for meetings and management team
**Maintain accurate records for contract workers, liaising with IT and Procurement on Hire, contract extension and leavers processes .
**Provision of inductions for new starters and hands on training or virtual support to users with functionality issues
**Assist in the transfer of employees between EMEA, the US and APAC, using the UK Border Agency System to apply for Certificates of Sponsor for overseas applicants for UK roles

Successful candidates will have come from a HR Administrative background, experience with Workday HRMS would be a bonus, Candidates will be able to demonstrate and organised and proactive approach to their daily duties and have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to efficiently reconcile data. A flexible approach with the ability to work well under pressure is essential
