Music Teacher
A Music Teacher is required in a lovely, well-resourced, private Nursery in Dorking
You will be responsible for planning and providing meaningful Activities for the Under 5\'s in a way that will excite and stimulate them, as well as offering them the opportunity to experience Music from around the world that they may not otherwise hear.
You will work closely with the other specialist Teachers in the Nursery to ensure your lessons are complimenting each other and encouraging the children\'s development in whichever manner is required.
You will be required to play the piano to at least Grade 8 standard and have an understanding of different teaching methods.

Some of your responsibilities as a Music Teacher will include:
To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment
To plan, prepare and review the Music curriculum reflective of the EYFS
To work in partnership with the parents
To follow and implement all the policies and procedures set out by the nursery
You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
Music Qualification
QTS Preferred but not essential
Have experience of working with children
