Job Description

Our client is the UK’s largest motor dealer with over 300 dealerships in the UK and US. They provide exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through their dedicated high performance teams.

Due to their Aftersales expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced motor trade Service Advisor to join a successful team in a fantastic prestige brand. You must be an enthusiastic, dedicated person who can demonstrate an ability to exceed customer expectations. The main focus of the role will be customer facing, so smart appearance and attention to detail is essential. Duties include:

• €¢ Welcoming customers into the service department

• €¢ Accurately assessing customer repair requirements and providing solutions

• €¢ Progress chasing work throughout the day

• €¢ Keeping in regular contact with the customer before handing their completed vehicle over to them

• €¢ Up-selling additional work identified through the in-house electronic system

• €¢ Invoicing of all retail, warranty and internal work

• €¢ Administration as required

You must be a self motivated good communicator and team player with previous automotive service department experience. A full driving licence is a must, which for insurance purposes you must have held for at least 2 years.

For the position of Service Advisor, you’ll receive a salary of 22k – 25k basic with an ote 27k – 30k (bonuses are based on departmental performance and CSI scores).
