Job Description
Personal Injury Claims Handler, Surrey. up to £25k. Temporary Contract position.
Excellent role has arisen for an experienced personal injury claims professional to assist with a specific project alongside reviewing existing & new files.
Reason for vacancy is following The Ministry of Justice Reforms (MOJ) that went live 6th April 2010, has affected the way in which the majority of personal injury clams are handled.
The reforms are driving process changes and restructuring within each of Clams Division's personal injury claims teams (located at Woking, Bristol and Manchester).
Handling both run off and existing files and review these against new legislations.
Communicating with third party insurers, solicitors, policyholders etc, in a bid to finalise cases or get additional information to progress the claim to settlement.
You must have personal injury claims experience.
You'll also have experience of handling cases from cradle to grave including settling files.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Keen eye for detail and ability to produce accurate work first time of asking.
