Financial divisions in the UK and abroad. So if you have energy, self belief and you REALLY want a rewarding career, read on.

The Company

Established in 1989, Choices is one of the fastest-growing estate agencies in the UK, in fact an Independent Plimsoll Report placed us well into the UK’s top companies! All our existing offices are very successful and we have big plans to open many more. Our directors, managers and senior negotiators are all promoted from within and reflect our commitment to staff development.. Our systems and procedures are of the highest standards and to reflect this we are one of the few agents to have achieved ISO9002, the nationally recognised quality management award.

The Vacancies We are looking for 14 new people to complement our existing teams. Choices has many departments including Home sales, Lettings, Financial Services, Property Management, Investments and Acquisitions and your role will be determined after your probation.

The People It is our intention to expand continuously, even in the current economic climate and to successfully achieve this we recognise that our most important asset is our people. We are seeking quality individuals to add to our company and invest in a long-term career. The Job

The job is not easy and the hours are LONG If you are good enough to get through four months’ probation you will be employed as a full time trainee negotiator. Then your performance will be appraised every four months. If you have done well you will be promoted and given more money, it’s as simple as that.

What can I expect? Obviously that depends on your skill and commitment, but the very best people can make senior negotiator in twelve months and manager in two years. We also have had 2 people in the last five years that have become Directors in record time.

What will I earn?

The big question ……… Last year our top performers grossed over £100,000, although realistically in your first year you would earn £20 - £35,000

Who are we looking for?

To work for Choices you will need to be able to communicate effectively and to have the highest standards of energy and enthusiasm. You will also need to possess a clean driving licence. Also it is

imperative that you are genuinely self motivated and previous experience in any related industry is not necessary. (For example, recent negotiators were previously employed as chefs, bar staff, cabin

crew and car valeters.)

Will I be given full training? You will be trained to the highest industry standards. After one year you will be familiar with all aspects of the business. At the end of your third year you can take the national association exams and when you pass you will be the complete industry professional with letters after your name to prove it.
