Job Description
Our client, based in Croydon, is looking for experienced Field Representative. They are a Digital TV company who hold a contract with one of the main Digital suppliers.
You would be expected to deliver field sales against quarterly targets ensuring that compliance and sale quality is of the highest standard.
Main duties include:
Sales
Follow knock list provided attempting to establish contact for every lead.
Present sales pitch to consumer establishing their current service provider and promoting client’s product at every opportunity.
Match client product to consumer’s requirements selling benefits and explaining packages.
Overcome any objections and close sales.
Perform at required level in line with client and internal KPIs.
Ensure activity is within compliance regulations
Attend regular team meetings, taking note of management instructions.
Accurately report stats and figures to management.
Customer Service
Ensure sales are completed at the highest level quality and efficiency.
Ensure team members professionally represent the company and our client
Resolve all customer conflict within the ‘SMART’ framework.
Communication
Report daily productivity to Team Leader
Communicate with Team Leader daily to receive walk plans
Regular communication with the administrator and Team Leader to ensure all sales are being verified and sky cads are ordered.
People
Conduct all sales with the highest credibility
Communicate internally and externally with highest standards
Ensure you are communicating with the Team Leader daily
£12,000 + commission.
