Job Description

My client is seeking a Motor Vehicle Accident and Maintenance Controller to work within the Fleet Operations Unit at their offices in Thames Ditton.

You will be working within a small team, but in a very busy head office environment, providing the highest level of service delivery to clients in all areas of the maintenance control operation, and provide support/guidance for all areas of the head office that interact with you on a daily basis.

Brief List of Accountabilities:

Monitor, action and focus upon costs and vehicle down-times;

Authorise in accordance with servicing schedules and industry recognised times – taking into account vehicle histories, contract types & duration, warranty position and client specific procedures;

Service bookings, downtime management, recall notices and invoice processing;

Managing breakdowns & recoveries with network repairers;

Ideally you will have experience of working within fleet management, vehicle leasing, transport office experience.  Advantageous would be qualifications gained as a Motor Vehicle Technician or HGV experience (ideally qualified to C&G Parts 1 & 2).
