Job Description

One of the most important departments of my client is seeking a co-ordinator to join them in an ever changing support position. No two days will be the same, and you will be responsible along with 4 other co-ordinators for full back-up/support to a team of 7 professionals.

This position can adjust to the needs of the successful applicant; so if you are looking for 9-5pm Monday to Friday position in a nice friendly team, where your ability to remain calm and proactive will be used to their fullest or the future possibility of career progression into a technical role, either way this position will allow you to find a perfect work/life balance.

The training you will receive will enable you to carry out the tasks required (also “buddy system” in place), but you’ll need to be able to bring the following skills/capabilities to your application:

Multiple computer system/database use - however you must be intermediate to advanced on Excel to enable you to pick up the initial training – lots of keying and matching of data to ensure colleagues can pull information forward.

Very flexible and adaptable – all clients have different requirements, and you must be able to adapt accordingly, remaining alert to fellow team members needs – able to work as part of a team to meet common goals/targets/SLA’s. 

Not easily fazed – able to take ownership, confidence to “give it a go” and see if your conclusion is right.

A logical thinker – able to manage self and work-flow, able to focus on detail a practical problem solver – able to find information and make a decision on findings.

First class communication skills – internal and external department liaison and business/corporate letter writing skills.
