Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced telesales marketing executive to join a well-established company new to Leatherhead, which has arisen due to projected business levels being exceeded. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and oral.  You will be highly motivated and be very determined, with excellent organisation skills.

You should have a natural hunger to earn commission and hit achievable targets but be consultative in his or her sales pitch.

Responsibilities & Tasks will include:

• 100% new business, outbound telemarketing, telesales and lead generation.

• Cold call assigned contacts via marketing sources (email marketing, inbound enquiries).
• Although data is provided, some leads should be self-generated.
• Thoroughly understand the needs of the customer and provide a solution to fit their requirement.
• Monitor and manage appointments alongside the BDM’s availability.
• Send e-mails and post brochures to prospects upon request.
• Provide up to date information on key facts of the appointment and liaise with the BDM accordingly.
• Build quotes, leads and contact details on our existing CRM System.
• Ensure the in-house system is accurate and kept up to dated with all activities and correspondence.

You will be targeted to achieve 8 new business appointments per month (2 per week), and will be rewarded for both new business gained, but also leads generated from these also.
