Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B Telesales Coordinator to join a well-established company in Tolworth. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, self-motivated, target driven – but overall money hungry as you will be uncapped on your commission…!
As the Telesales Coordinator, you will be joining an existing team of 2 others, with planned growth to extend this to 4 mid-2012. You will be responsible for providing new sales leads and meeting new business targets set by the Regional Sales Manager to a team of sales reps (currently 14 but growing) – working in partnership with the Area Sales Managers to develop relationships with new and existing prospects and customers.
You will be responsible for generating new business (approx 60%) and building on existing business (40%). You will be accountable for achieving individual sales and telephone call targets which have been agreed with the Regional Sales Manager - receiving monthly bonuses to reflect your hard work.
You will report directly into the Regional Sales Manager and will develop a strong working relationship with the Operations Manager and administration team. For a successful Telesales Coordinator, there will be progression to an Area Sales Manager role, and training and guidance will be provided to assist with this. You will also have full involvement in regular sales team meetings; generating new ideas/suggestions for sourcing of leads and developing new areas to target.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactively sourcing sales from within the allocated geographical location either by directly prospecting the existing customer base, or by sourcing new customers.
- Self motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets set through cold calling prospects and warm calling - following up on mail shots and marketing material sent.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers via telephone, emails and face to face meetings.
- Ability to calculate and quote settlement figures.
Salary & Benefits include:
£21-23k basic + uncapped commission. 1st year expect min of £30k.
Monthly commission paid (1 month in arrears)
