Job Description

IT: Senior Business Analyst

Salary:            £40k - £45k pa D.O.E

Location:        Redhill

Contract:        Permanent

A Financial Services company based in Redhill are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to ensure the successful implementation of system upgrades, validating user specifications and providing assistance for testing. The applicant must have Motor Finance experience. You will also have to provide in-depth analysis of system incidents, anomalies and evolutions requests.

Main Responsibilities

Completion and validation of full system functional and technical specifications

Elaboration of user acceptance test plans and non-regression test plans in association with users and central IT teams

Management of the incident and anomaly process to ensure successful resolution

Management of system upgrades, letter/contracts changes and system deliveries

Coordination and communication between local users, central IT teams and Marques

Adherence to all local and central process and procedures

Skills and Experience

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
• Strong business requirement gathering/documenting skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential
• Proven previous experience in a corporate environment and in a Business Analysis role, in Motor Finance within a Financial Services Company
• Experience in writing and reviewing Project Plans, specification and user test plans
• Project Management experience working on projects greater than £250k
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• IT Literate: Preferably in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
