Job Description
Litigation Supervisor
Salary: c£30K
Location: Redhill
Financial Company based in Redhill is looking for an experienced Litigation Supervisor (minimum 2 years experience).
Duties:
- Manage customer accounts post sale/end of contract
- Day to day management of all external agencies and solicitors
- Deputise for the Litigation Manager
- 75% Debt Collection, 25% Legal Administration
- Staff recruitment and development
Essential:
- Supervisory experience
- Court litigation process is essential
- Up-to-date knowledge of law (paralegal an advantage)
- Advanced Excel and good Access
- Analytical skills
Role is awaiting permanent sign-off - may have to start in an ongoing temporary capacity
