Working for a Training Company based in Chertsey Surrey. They are looking for a Training Assessor to going their growing team.

Purpose of Job:
To carry out assessments and/or teaching and learning activities to assigned learners on the company's training programmes at agreed timescales.

Responsibilities:
Visiting candidates on a monthly basis and assessing and guiding them towards reaching competence to the national standards inline with the target dates.

Ensure that all data relating to assigned learners is up-to-date and accurate at all times.

Attend fortnightly meetings with the Training Manager.

To carry out initial assessment on all learners to ensure their capability and that they are placed on the most suitable programme to meet their needs.

Monitor all learners and ensure that the progress forms accurately reflect the position of assigned learners.

To carry out a thorough Health and Safety check of learners within the workplace.

Delivery of appropriate training to learners as and when required.

To provide tutorial duties as and when required.

Hours of work 9am-5.30pm

IDEAL APPLICANT WILL BE D32/33 OR A1 QUALIFIED OR HAVE A STRONG RETAIL MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND.

Must live within a 20 miles radius of Reading.
