Enterprise Rent-A-Car is an international and industry leading car hire company. We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to be based at our Office in Croydon.
In-house is a fast paced and varied environment, and offers a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop a wide variety of skills and to progress their career within Enterprise. These positions will be based on a 7-day rotating shift pattern with a 40-hour work week; shifts range from 7am - 4pm, 9am - 6pm and 2pm - 12pm.
Suitable candidates must be able to display the following qualities:
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise within a fast changing environment.
Team player who is able to work closely with rental, non-rental and account staff.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self motivated and possessing a positive attitude.
An excellent customer service track record
The ability to problem solve and provide realistic solutions
Duties involved will include, but are not limited to:
Sending reservations to branches on the ARMS system and liaising with branches to provide the best service for the customer.
Consolidated callbacks for the UK.
Dealing with account queries and customer complaint issues.
A/R collections.
Managing and developing relationships with different account departments.
