Working for our client who runs a busy restaurant with a good and longstanding reputation in the local area. This is a family run business who have worked extremely hard to maintain a strong focus on customer service which is to be maintained. They employ a team of 25 staff both part time and full time tom assist the running of their operation.
To work alongside the Head Chef, assisting with the preparation and cooking of a English Cuisine. Working within a team of 3 - 6, it can be hectic – 200 covers on a Sunday lunchtime and 70 covers daily
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a kitchen, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to progress and learn from a professional. The candidate will be have to be flexible and willing to go the extra mile
