Objectives
1. Generate new Business Opportunities with your nominated Target Customers
2. Grow the level of business within your personal client portfolio
3. Progress all your assigned quotations to closure.
4 Exceed your individual revenue targets.
Key Activities
Develop relationships with your allocated targeted new customers through telephone, written and personal contact. Generate opportunities for face to face meetings with influencers and decision makers.
Establish strategies and plans to obtain commitments to specify or the potential to place contracts. Complete detailed client reports listing potential, contact strategy, progress to date and future action plan.
Generate enquiries from targeted new customers and contribute towards the quotation preparation and submission strategy. Follow up and manage the decision process through to conversion.
Maintain your personal quote bank including Targeted New, Assigned and Portfolio customers. Follow up and provide accurate order forecast information.
Provide Estimating, Production and Contracts with accurate and timely information on client requirements, specification, installation and programme.
On order receipt provide a comprehensive handover of the contract file with signed off specification and client requirements to Contracts and Production
Maintain computer records.
Measures
The number of new customer visits
The number of live new Client Development Plans
The value of orders received.
Computer records up to date
