Our client has offices all over the world and they have recently opened a new site in Guildford. They are looking to recruit 2 part time receptionists. Morning shift 7.30-1.30pm afternoon shift 12.30-6.30.

Duties to include:

Answering the switchboard

Meeting and greeting

Answering customer queries

Serving refreshments

Monitoring the car parking

Updating appointments on Outlook

General Ad hoc duties

25 days holiday, Bupa healthcare, life assurance and free parking.

Due to location own car is desirable.
