They are currently recruiting for the exciting and busy role of Key Account Coordinator.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the repair process of customer's vehicles for nominated insurance company account/s. The jobholder will be responsible for overseeing each stage of the repair process from collection to completion and will liaise directly with internal staff to provide a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities will be:

* Organising collection of vehicles and allocation of courtesy cars
* Updating the customers regularly upon the current progress of work to their vehicle
* Keeping correct and up to date activity records on the Advance database
* Organising delivery and collection paperwork of both customer and company vehicles
* Customer queries and complaint/logs
* Collecting any outstanding monies from customer
* Invoicing insurance company for completed work
* Any other reasonable task

This is a lovely role for someone who is Pro-active and customer focused, extremely well organised with the ability to multi-task, good attention to detail and strong Time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.

You should be confident on the phone and speaking to customers and colleagues in an Upbeat and friendly manner.

The hours for this role are 8.30- 6.00pm Monday - Friday with half an hour for lunch.
